today and they stated that they had still not prepared it and that the delay
was because it had not been printed. She stated that her husband who is a
Republican received his absentee ballot 4 days after he submitted his
request. She had several other concerns about absentee ballots. She stated
that on the absentee ballot, there are instructions written in very small
print that states that the ballot must be completed with a number 2 pencil.
She spoke to several older people that did not notice this when they
