She entered every vote in each
screen, including president, then once she got to
the final stage where she reviews all of the votes, she saw that the president vote was missing, and had
to redo her vote for president. |

Went to vote. Gave her number and
escorted her into machine and entered her number then dialled
to a presidential candidate and directed
her to "vote for president" with particular name on screen. She
was stunned. Went ahead and voted, then complained to that woman. Then went
back and reported to supervisor at precinct. Thinks this was going on most of
morning. |

Appartus Bay - Orange Table Fire Station #99

Voting station had wrong voter lists. Workers having
them sign in.(Not provisional ballots) Guy-in-charge
(Tall african-american man) said to workers that
they were not allowed to use two out of seven polling boothes
and said (paraphrase)"When it gets busy encourage voters to vote only
for national elections." Seems to be a problem with machines/and voter
lists. |

fill out provisional ballots. Volunteers do not know anything. Signs are only
in English and no one is helping the non-English speakers. Later: inkavote machine not working. Voter in front of her found
that maching did not register votes on ballot.
Knowing this, this voter punched hard 4 times on each vote and got it to
work. |

Voted touch screen on Oct 23.
Informed on Nov 2 that no record of her vote. Caller believes that numerous
other votes were not recorded because today she was told that few people were
shown as having voted touch screen at that location, yet she saw a very large
number of people voting. They told her today that only a handful of touch
screen votes are recorded; she fears that hundreds of votes were not
recorded. |
