She visited five precincts in 13th and 3rd wards for observation most of which were in predominantly african american districts. In four out of five precincts one voting machine was not working (2300 General Taylor St., New orleans, LA 70115, Crocker Elementary School) . If you had moved or were a newly registered voter, voters were asked once they had reached the front of the line to fill out a pink form and get out of line. They were then asked to move to the back of the line and start over again. This voter visited predominantely white precincts and machines were working and the pink forms weren't required. Additional information: In Jeffreson Parish license plates were being scanned and people were being given bench warrants or tickets.
