voter registration stand, and never received her card. Called the
Montgomery Co number a month ago and they said that lots of people did not
receive their cards because of backlog, and said go to polls. she is now at the poll and talking to the election
people, and they won't give her a provisional ballot. She is not on the
list.

(within the same county). Never re-registered. Saw list and was not on it.

college address instead of home addresss. Failed
to respond to request for dorm room a few weeks ago sice
he did not have one. A few days ago, received notice that they could not
accept his registration because he did not respond. Told him to go to his
new polling place. HOpefuly, he was on the rolls.
If not, should vote provisionally

Voter moved from Philadelphia County to Montgomery County. She changed her
registered address when she got a new driver's license. When she got to the
polling place, she was told her name wasn't on the list. She returned to
her old polling place in Phialdelphia but wasn't
on the list there either. When she returned to her new polling place, they
initially refused to let her fill out a provisional ballot. New polling
place is Township Building, Lower Potts Grove.
Caller visuallyl confirmed her name wasn't on the
list at her polling place.
