Voter moved on October 4, 2004. Went to polling place for new address, not on rolls, told to go to place for prior address. Poll worker there (name Betty Hoge) recognized her and said she does not live in that district, and therefore can only vote by provisional ballot, and only if she has proof of her new address. She has nothing with her name on it showing her new address (all bills, etc. go to her husband, and throws out envelopes). Not being allowed to vote! Caller is disabled (wheelchair user), feels she is being discriminated against.

voter and husband turned in voter registration forms either Sept. 14 or 15 at a rally where Elizabeth Edwards spoke. The County told her on Oct. 26 that there is no record of neither her nor her husband being registered to vote. She called the county number (602) 505-1511, and she talked with several people. One person with whom she spoke asked her how she had registered, and when she told him that she's registered at an Edwards rally, the county official told her that, "that's no big loss- you registered for the wrong party anyway." When she asked this man what his name was, he replied, "Bob." When she asked about the rest of his name, he replied, "Bob. That's all you need to know." Caller said that the ticket (or something) left from the ballot was a number sequence between 180 and 184. Caller asked county for a voter fraud claim, and was told that all she could do was write a letter to the county attorney
