When she called the elections office in Raytown, she was told that she could not vote in Raytown because it was too late to re-register there. She was also told that if she tried to vote at her old address, she would be arrested and prosecuted for a felony. Voter said the elections clerk cut her off when voter tried to speak. Voter says the clerk sounded "white" but could not be sure of the clerk's race or ethnicity.
