3031 Shiloh Rd, Palm Beach County, Florida Numerous voters appeared at the
precinct (7014) complaining of finding on their doors at home or car windshield
campaign literature claiming to remind them of their polling place but actually
identifying the wrong polling precinct. Most directed voters to another
precinct nearby (7048 - Grace Episcopal Church), but some directed voters to a
precinct farther away (2150 in Lake Worth). All of the material was
Kerry/Castor material. Was unable to confirm through on-site Kerry pollwatcher whether the materials were authentic but had
mistakenly included wrong addresses. However one voter claims to have seen two
women placing materials at homes. The women were not wearing campaign
identifiers and when approached they allegedly hurried off, raising concerns of
intentional misdirection of Kerry/Castor voters to incorrect precincts in an
attempt to interfere with casting their votes

Florida Caller's polling place is Emmanuel Baptist Church. Caller received a
call (11/1/04 at 8:30pm) from a GOP representative from Palm Beach GOP HQ
telling him that his polling place had been damaged and so he should vote in
another location on Palm Beach Lake Blvd., which was 10 miles away. The caller
knew this information was incorrect -- his original polling place was going to
be open. So the caller called the GOP HQ, 11/1/04. The person he spoke with was
unapologetic, insisted his polling place was closed and gave him yet another
alternate address as his voting precinct location, which was also wrong.

Palm Beach Co. Supervisor of Elections website.

Coco Woods, Del Ray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida Voter received a call on 11/1 from a woman
claiming to be from the Democratic Party. The woman told the voter that her
polling place had been changed to a location which was unfamiliar to voter. As
it turns out, voter's polling place has not changed, and she was able to vote,
but she was very disturbed by this call. Voted noted that she is an elderly
Jewish woman, and she wondered whether there had been other voters in her
community who had received these types of calls. Voter also indicated that she
a lot of trouble w/ the touch screen machines. She had to press it repeatedly
in order to get her vote recorded. She was ultimately able to do so, but she
considered it a very cumbersome process.

Self-idenetified Republicans (one of whom falsely
claimed to be an attorney) were physically intimidating Hatian
voters by pointing fingers in their faces. They did not actually touch anyone.
The Republicans told voters that people who speak Creole are not allowed to
vote. In addition, they approached election supervisors and pretended to read
from fake statutes.

told to register only Republicans. When she asked, what about all the other

who registered (or changed address or party) as Democrats never received
voter registration cards. They are asking her why that is and she suspects fraud.
She herself changed her address on her voter registration as part of this and

Caller also indicated that recently 1400 photocopies of voter registrations
were submitted to the election office. Many of these were students from A&M
university in Orange County. These registrations may
be thrown out because original registrations were not provided. Caller believes
that someone is falsely registering voters in improper counties. She believes
this is being done to prevent voters from casting votes in their proper
counties come election day.
