Went to early vote and told he couldn't vote b/c software for

Clerk and Recorders Office and was told that he could get a paper ballot but
the computer said that he had already voted b/c of the two previous trips to
the polling station to attempt to vote electronically had failed but he was
listed has having voted. Even of more concern then the clerk said, we can
take care of that, and within 30 seconds, he was able to vote after she
adjusted voters record and provided him with a paper
ballot. Called the next day on behalf of his wife, and was informed that
computer issue still not resolved -- he is now concerned that anyone who
shows up to vote and finds out that they can't will have the same difficulty
that he did the previous day -- that they will show up as already having
voted if they try to vote later. Is also concerned that he was told that his
record shows no no "computer trail" that
explains the adjustments to his voting journey -- it simply shows that he
received a paper ballot. No one can tell that his record had an error about
his having voted, that it was corrected, and that he
then received a paper ballot. He wants to make it clear that he is not
suggesting malicious intent --just a concern that it is so easy to adjust a
record. |

Racial discrimination - polling place worker made racist
comments to Asian American voter and then told her she was not on the list
and turned her away. Saw others filing out provisional ballots - voter asked
for one but was told her circumstances were different. She had waited in line
1 1/2 hours. Another Asian American woman behind her in line was also given
trouble by the same poll worker (he questioned their nationality, and turned
them both away). She left the polling place, called this hotline, and
discovered she was properly registered to vote at that location. She returned
and was allowed to vote the second time. The voter did not get the name of
the poll worker who previously turned her away. (caller
was a friend of the voter). |

The poll workers had pencils out on the table and some voters
had apparently used them to vote. However, the poll workers said that the
ballots could not be read if they were cast with pencils. Even though the
caller said that the poll workers removed the pencils after the issue was
raised, he was concerned that the votes that had already been cast with the
pencils would not be counted. (He voted with a pen.) The precinct has a lot
of students because it is a college town. |

Voter was concerned about partisan control of campaign signs
near polling place, insufficient directional signs to polling place, limited
number of voting card stations and, especially had concerns about the
partisan "watcher" who appeared somewhat like a law enforcement
officer and therefore intimidating sitting at the sign-in desk with a list of
voters to challenge. |
Because of the widespread voter-registration fraud and the delays
of both the Democratic and Republican parties in turning in forms, Secretary of
State Davidson instructed auditors to allow voters to vote on provisional
ballots if they claim they had registered before the deadline

Voter registration groups have turned in hundreds of fraudulent
registration forms, forging signatures, registering voters multiple times,
registering felons, and changing facts that could affect voters' ability to
vote in the general election
