She indicated that voters are getting frustrated and leaving the polling place without voting.

Voters at a voting station in Pompano Beach discovered at the last minute their precinct, 1C had been moved from the Pompano Beach Civic Center to a nearby church. The discovery was made after an unknown number of voters had cast provisional ballots at the Civic Center. Precinct 1C has 1,200 registered voters. A similar problem was discovered Tuesday morning at Precinct 72Q in Weston, which has 1,920 voters. In the Pompano Beach case, neither the clerk nor the voters said they were aware of the address change. The Broward Elections Office was attempting to identify the voters who had cast their votes, telephone them and then have them go to the new 1C polling precinct at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 2500 NE 14 St., to cast official votes. If they don't re-vote, the ballots cast at the Civic Center will not be counted.

However, when she tried to accompany me into the polling place, a man wearing a tag identifying him as a "poll watcher", challenged the womans's right to accompany me into the polls as I had expressly requested her to do. The woman told me her name. I do not know the name of the man who challenged me within the 50 feet radius of the polling place. The Republican poll watcher insisted on challenging the man's vote even after the supervisior of Election's confirmed that it was improper to drop a person from the rolls for the reason. [P]

Voting officials said that he was not on the rolls in his precinct because voting officials input the wrong address into their records. He was told he had to go to Ft. Lauderdale to vote (long drive). Voting officials knew he was in the precinct where he lived, but because of Broward County error he could not vote by regular or provisional ballot here.

Went to second polling place -- told "no", go back to Sheraton Park -- she wants to file a complaint re: incompetence.

Being redirected to polling places other than what their co-resident (husband, wife, roommate, etc) was assigned and what their cards said or 3. Being redirected to two different polling places 4. Also, poll workers enforcing ID verification of non-first time voters When Mayor of Miramar came to visit polls around 6:30 PM, I mentioned some of these challenges (when asked) and she mentioned possibility of providing poll workers with computer access (laptops) to check/verify voters' polling places

Also @ this location there were 3 precincts. There was a poll workker outside the entrance of the hallway asking for voter's registration cards or picture ID - she said she was checking just so she could tell them which room to go in. I told her they did not need an ID to vote, but she said she was still going to ask @ person, while I was there no one appeared w/o some type of ID

Volunteers ascertained voter was in correct location. Voter filled out affidavit to that effect. Attempted to vote on the machine. By checking www.broward.SOE, voter's precinct is 7C.
