hand them out to everyone. Caller is an election volunteer |

He received his voter card as registered Democrat. Six months later he
received another card identifying him as a Republican. Jacques and Bonoparte were concerned that Reginald could not vote for
a Democrat in the general election if he was registered as a Republican and
that the second card was part of an election fraud. |
