2968	Polling Place Problem	Hamilton	Ohio	Winton Hills Center	No	Poll workers at 5170 Winnestee are sending voters to other polling locations (5301 Winnestee) without checking the information sheet. This is causing a problem because voters are giving up and poll workers at 5170 are driving voters back to the correct location

Some of these people were walking. She also says that the proximity of the voter's residence is not what determines which of the 3 places they vote.

Poll worker reported that appx. 115 ballots were cast. They were placed in an "emergency" envelope designed for use in an electrical failure. Poll worker reported that the ballots will be scanned at the Board of Elections. Poll worker also reported that the first 25 ballots did not scan correctly. [Voter identified above was EP volunteer]
2240	Polling Place Problem	Hamilton	Ohio	First Unitarian	Yes	Voter attempted to vote yes on Issue 4 and No on Issue 5. Machine would not allow the vote on Issue 5. Ballot only accepted the vote on Issue 4 when Issue 5 was left blank. Voter was in polling place for 25 minutes.

2026	Polling Place Problem	Hamilton	Ohio	Church	No	Voter complained that 1) it wasn't made clear that voters needed to fill out both sides of the ballot, 2) it wasn't clear how much of the box he needed to fill out so that his vote counted (he was concerned that his vote wouldn't count), 3) the lines were long - out the door at a very early time, 4) it took to long to fill out the ballot and it strained his hand (voter was concerned that this might disenfranchise older voter, and 5) that there was no verification that the scantron correctly registered his vote.

Voter was one of only 3 people at the polling place but was unable to vote after 15 minutes elapsed. Voter ended up leaving the polling place before voting.

Called us because woman (who did not identify what oraganization she was with) handed out a brochure called "time to vote" which had our number to call in the case of problem.
