2004 Election Reform Plan
1. Gather more information on types of election fraud and irregularities and
of the extent of irregularities in the 2004 election.
2. Compile and summarize the main problems preventing potential voters
from voting or having their vote count accurately in 2004.
3. Collect affidavits regarding significant fraud, dirty tricks,
malfeasance, and irregularities in 2004.
4. Make documentation and affidavits available to entities in a position
to follow up on fraud and malfeasance as appropriate.
5. Develop election reform recommendations to prevent the types of widespread
fraud and irregularities found in the 2004 and 2000 elections from happening
in the future.
6. Develop a model election reform plan as a model for gathering petitions to put the
election reform plan on the ballot in as many states as possible in 2006.
There is considerable consensus developing that a more meaningful and useful election
Reform package can be passed by the voters by initiative than through Legislatures or
Congress which tend to be contolled by special interests.
